Cancellation/Absentee Policy

 

• Late cancel window begins 10 hours prior to class

• Late cancel and no-show fees apply

• Waitlisted members are accountable if added from the waitlist

• The waitlist closes 60 minutes before class starts (no waitlist members will be added)

  • Members can remove themselves from the waitlist at any time before being added into the class

• Classes from class-pack are automatically deducted when a late cancel occurs

• Turn on e-mail and text alerts to receive waitlist notifications

  • This is enabled by default unless member opted out during account set-up, this can be completed in user account or by talking with the front desk
