-
What should I know before my first class?
-
We want your first visit to be fun and stress free. Taking a new class at a studio can be intimidating, so we invite new comers to arrive early, look around the studio and let your instructor know it’s your first class so they can get you all set up. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure that you can have the full experience.
-
-
Will I be able to do this?
-
Our programs are designed for both men and women of all ages; from beginners to experienced athletes. Some of our classes are more challenging than others, but we offer a non-judgmental and non-intimidating environment to sweat in. In the end, this is your class and we want you to listen to your body and enjoy the experience.
-
-
Do you have any general tips?
-
Drinking plenty of water before, during and after class. Eat a small snack roughly 45 minutes prior to class starting to fuel your workout. Ensure that your bike is properly set up each and every class.
-
-
Is there parking?
-
Each studio has parking available. Please see our parking information here.
-
-
Arrival Time / Check-In
-
We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early so you can find parking and get yourself set up if you are new. If you are experienced you need about 10 minutes. Check-in with the front desk staff upon arrival.
